The personal information we collect depends on the context of your interaction with Acumatica and the Services. We collect personal information that is necessary to provide the Services you have requested. If you participate in a sales call or online meeting with us, we may record such calls and online meetings (including audio and video content where applicable) for training, quality assurance, and sales improvement purposes. This includes analyzing the transcripts produced from such calls and online meetings using a range of tools which may include AI-powered solutions, software-based applications, and machine learning based technologies to gain better insights into our interactions with our customers and prospects.

We will respond to verifiable requests received from California residents as required by law. Any disclosures we provide will only cover the twelve (12) month period preceding the verifiable consumer request’s receipt. The response we provide will also explain the reasons we cannot comply with a request, if applicable. For data portability requests, we will select a format to provide your personal information that is readily useable and should allow you to transmit the information from one entity to another entity without hindrance.
We do not charge a fee to process or respond to your verifiable consumer request unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded.
