Biz-Tech Services integrates DSCO with Acumatica, detailing the setup process, import options, and various functionalities of the integration. This integration facilitates the transfer of data, including the export of shipments, invoices, PO acknowledgments, quantities, orders, and canceled items from Acumatica to DSCO, as well as the import of orders from DSCO to Acumatica.
The users are able to specify a date they want to process the orders from and select order statuses of the order to be imported into Acumatica. Before order import each order line item can be mapped with Acumatica Stock item via SKU, Item No or UPS No. For Shipping and delivery management the Shio-Via of cross-reference mapping can be used to make a correspondence between Carries of Acumatica and DSCO.
Warehouse management assumes a mapping functionality between Acumatica and Store warehouses. The Warehouse having a set up allows Inventory quantity to be synced.
Cancelled order and item statuses can be updated into store, as well as the Stock Item Quantities based on warehouse and quantity availability calculation.
Exporting Shipment and Invoice for the DSCO order changes the order and line items statuses in DSCO store indicating the shipment and delivery status of the order.
