In just over three months from now, the world-renowned Wynn Las Vegas will once again welcome thousands of business leaders, technology experts, developers, and industry analysts to what has become a top event in the business solutions industry. Registration for Acumatica Summit 2025 (January 26-29) officially opened a few days ago, and we’re excited for first-time participants and seasoned veterans alike to experience the three full days of non-stop cloud ERP learning via two visionary keynotes, hundreds of educational sessions, and unending networking opportunities.
Though Summit attendance numbers continue to soar every year, our goal is to have customers, partners, and creators—including you—experience what the Globee Awards characterized as “an unprecedented sense of community” in awarding Summit “Event of the Year.” So, let’s unpack three of the top reasons you should attend Acumatica Summit 2025.
1. Vibrant Marketplace
Acumatica’s comprehensive and consistently updated business management software delivers brilliant features and functionality to our more than 10,000 customers. But even the best technology solution benefits from unique, third-party applications that incorporate AI and machine learning and are designed to enhance and expand what is possible for modern ERP systems. At Summit, we showcase the sophisticated and innovative offerings of our Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) in our Acumatica Marketplace.
Marketplace has become the central hub of Summit – a place full of energy and activity with plenty of opportunities to network, learn, and connect. During our Welcome Reception on Sunday, January 26, community members can explore 75,000 square feet of event space, visit our ISV partners, ask questions, and research ways Acumatica can be tailored to fit their specific needs. In addition, there will be catering, entertainment, and activities, and there will be ample opportunity to seek input from and share insights with peers on how to fully utilize all that Acumatica offers.
“The Marketplace at the Acumatica Summit is the ultimate manifestation of Acumatica’s robust community,” says Michael Nottoli, Treasurer and Board member, acu-connect. “There is so much we can and should learn from each other. In the Marketplace, you will meet other community members, have great conversations, and learn about the many integrated solutions that can expand the reach and return of your ERP software.”
2. Social Opportunities
Summit—with its laser focus on helping our members achieve higher levels of success—is not without its lighter, more entertaining moments. Interspersed between the insightful general and breakout sessions as well as the much-anticipated Keynotes are our social opportunities that include our engaging Welcome Reception on Sunday, early-morning Yoga on Monday, invigorating Morning Fun Run and incredible Celebration Dinner & Party on Tuesday
While we understand that your time is precious, finding time to connect with others helps you build stronger relationships, enhance the trust your customers and employees have in you, and solidify your reputation.
Says customer Kurt Keating, System Architect, MiiR:
The Summit’s a wonderful place to get together with like-minded individuals or even help other companies that are considering Acumatica and what it means to be on the platform, to engage with the ISVs, to engage with the VAR, and really get a sense of the family that Acumatica provides, as well as an opportunity to understand what Acumatica is doing in the future and how that’s going to help your business.
3. Women in Tech
The technology industry is known for its innovation that opens exciting new pathways and breaks down restrictive barriers. Yet, its ability to bridge the employment and economic gender gap remains an enduring problem. According to WomenTech Network, women make up less than a third of the world’s technology workforce and suffer from an economic gap that will take more than 130 years to correct.
At Acumatica, we’re working hard to change things by enabling and elevating females in the technology industry through our women-empowering initiatives, such as our online WiT Community. This community encourages year-long engagement through discussion forums and enables members to receive—and give—support, learn about our award-winning products, and access updated news and announcements.
We’re also forging strong partnerships with women who are committed to excelling personally and professionally, like LPGA golfers. Such collaboration provides opportunities for these individuals to grow their personal success stories while also setting an example for what we can achieve for all women when we work together.
At Summit, these communities and partnerships come together during our popular Women in Tech Luncheon and the Women in Tech Networking Reception. These women-centered initiatives provide exciting opportunities for women to network, connect, mentor, exchange ideas, build relationships, and grow their careers.
Says Acumatica’s Sarah Kurpe, Partner Account Manager, “I’ve found the atmosphere very welcoming both coming into the lunch, at the table, and during the speaker engagement. Often, the speakers have provided me with insight and perspectives that helped me relook and rethink how I might approach my own circumstances. Many of us have similar challenges, frustrations, areas of self-doubt, and seeking support with other women has been very helpful as we navigate our roles in the workplace and in our personal lives.”
Acumatica Summit 2025: Where Innovation Meets Community
There are so many other compelling reasons to attend Summit 2025 – including immersive, informative and interactive Breakout Sessions and countless networking opportunities – that we will discuss in future blogs. But all these compelling reasons have some important things in common – namely learning, growing, and building relationships.
At Acumatica, we’re passionate about revolutionizing the ERP market while building relationships in the process. CEO John Case says empowering community is essential to meeting the real-world needs of small and midsized businesses (SMBs).
“We’re committed to getting innovative, intuitive technology into the hands of our customers, but more than that, we’re committed to ensure that our technology provides them with what they need to grow and evolve—and to do so on their own terms.”
Summit is the time and place where innovation meets community, and we encourage you to experience it for yourself. Register today.
