Acumatica Summit 2025 is in the books, and it fully delivered on its promise to help Acumatica Community members increase productivity and scale their operations. Our Opening Day and Day 2 Keynotes drew standing-room only attendance as we explored our latest product innovations with real-world AI demonstrations, listened to inspirational customer stories about securing true growth with our award-winning cloud ERP solution, and unveiled new innovative features and capabilities that put small and midsized businesses in control of their future.

It was an exciting and packed three days, but we carved out precious time to recognize the relentless efforts of those in our Community who are passionate about achieving success and helping their peers do the same. These individuals fall under the titles of Customer and Partner, and each one plays a vital role in making the Community thrive.

Customers use our cloud ERP software daily to centralize their data, improve efficiency, and collaborate across their entire organization. They are our frontline supporters, sharing with other businesses their excellent Acumatica experiences while also continuously supplying us with input on how we can optimize their experiences even further. And our skilled partners—both our Value Added Resellers (VARs) and our Independent Software Vendors (ISVs)—ensure our comprehensive solution is expertly sold, implemented, and supported as well as strengthened with advanced third-party applications.

The Partner of the Year is a recognition of the partner that has the highest combination of new customer additions, customer renewals, overall revenue contribution to Acumatica, and customer satisfaction score.
