From January 26 to January 29, 2025, the Acumatica Community will come together for Acumatica Summit 2025. Our annual, do-not-miss event of the year features a packed agenda, including visionary Keynotes, eye-opening Customer Showcases, nearly 90 illuminating Breakout Sessions, and extensive networking opportunities.

But Summit isn’t a stodgy, all-work-and-no-play occasion. We’ve intentionally included time for fun social activities—such as shopping, dancing, dining, golfing, swimming, networking, and more—so that you can return home rested, relaxed, and ready to turn Summit’s powerful cloud ERP insights into valuable initiatives that will help your business thrive in the New Year.

Here’s a breakdown of the many entertaining and wellness-focused events we have in store for you at Acumatica Summit 2025.

The Venue

For the past five years, Wynn Las Vegas has been Summit’s event venue, and you’ll definitely want to take full advantage of the many amenities available at this beautifully appointed, five-star resort.

Shops

From Aviator Nation to Zimmerman, the Wynn Plaza Shops are a retail dream come true. Designer-label apparel, accessories, and fine jewelry are available within steps of your guestroom, but if you’re not in the market for specialty items, you can still enjoy a leisurely stroll through the Shops for a fun, luxury window shopping experience.

Restaurants

During Summit, most of your dining needs will be taken care of by Acumatica, but there will be a few times when we don’t have meals planned so that you can choose your own dining experience. The Wynn offers an abundance of restaurant and fine dining options, such as Casa Playa’s coastal Mexican cuisine or Delilah’s modern supper club for fine dining. For more casual fare, Allegro’s offers handmade pastas alongside pizzas fired in a wood-burning oven, while The Buffet at Wynn Las Vegas delivers an all-you-can-eat menu in a spectacularly redesigned space. There are plenty more dining options from which to choose—plus, many of them offer group dining for your own client dinners or company gatherings.

Spas and Fitness Centers

Many New Year’s resolutions revolve around both relaxing more and moving more. You can do both at the Spas and Fitness Centers at Wynn and Encore. Rest and rejuvenate your mind and body with the customizable, specialty treatments available at the Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star Awarded spas, and test your endurance with the state-of-the-art equipment and daily fitness classes at the Fitness Centers.

Entertainment

For those looking for additional entertainment, Wynn offers various shows, such as “Awakening” playing at Wynn’s Encore Theater; multiple pools that will “delight your senses”; an 18-hole championship golf course at the Wynn Golf Club; and a glamorous casino filled with table games, slots, high-limit salons, poolside gaming, and so much more.

Hackathon

Wynn Las Vegas offers enough activities to overflow your social event bucket, but Summit provides even more. For example, every year, we challenge Acumatica Community members to a friendly, but bring-your-A-game, competition.

The competition is our beloved Hackathon (taking place this year on Saturday, January 25 and continuing into Sunday, January 26), which brings customers, implementation partners, marketing experts, developers, work process experts, and more together into teams. Each team is tasked with designing and developing an application on and for the Acumatica xRP platform that will help small and midsized businesses work smarter, not harder. The top three winners are awarded a cash prize and have their names inscribed on the highly coveted Acumatica Developer Network Hackathon Cup.

The Hackathon is a fast-paced creative challenge, and, as Acumatica’s Developer Relations Manager, Vlad Sushkin, puts it, participants will enjoy “delicious food and beverages as well as many laughs along the way.”

The Welcome Reception

Eating, drinking, talking, networking—these are what you can expect to enjoy during our Welcome Reception on Sunday, January 26, at 6:00 PM PST. You can mingle with your peers, chat with the hundreds of Acumatica ISVs exhibiting their unique, third-party applications, and partake of the delicious appetizers and refreshing beverages provided throughout the event.

Morning Yoga and Run

Early morning exercise can boost energy levels, increase positivity, and improve focus for your day. That’s why we’ve offered two amazing workouts every Summit.

On Monday, January 27, those interested in reaping the calm and relaxing benefits of yoga should join us at 6:15 AM for an hour-long session guaranteed to start your day off right. On Tuesday, January 28, we invite our runner attendees to meet in the Main Entrance Lobby at 6:00 AM for a run through Vegas. This event is also one hour, and in addition to delivering heart, bone, weight, mental, and muscle health benefits, the Morning Run lets participants see a quieter, calmer side of Las Vegas.

Women in Tech Luncheon and Networking Reception

The terms “mentor” and “sponsor” are often used interchangeably, but they actually differ in important ways. For women in technology, both are essential to unlocking your potential and advancing your career. Award-winning author, speaker, and founder of Tech Savvy Women, J.J. DiGeronimo—along with a panel of tech leaders and career experts—will be discussing this vital topic during our eighth annual Women in Technology Luncheon on Tuesday, January 28, from 12:00 PM to 1:15 PM (in the Margaux 1 and Margaux 2 rooms).

That same evening, our third-annual Women in Tech Networking Reception will take place from 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM (doors close at 6:45 PM!), offering attendees the opportunity to transform the ideas and insights delivered during the earlier discussion into real-world practice.

Celebration Dinner and Party

Summit’s social events and activities consistently receive high praise from attendees, and one of our most highly praised social activities is our Celebration Dinner and Party. This year, the event will directly follow the Women in Tech Networking Reception at 7:30 PM in the same ballroom. It will offer a perfectly prepared meal as well as a unique opportunity for attendees to network while dancing the night away to the music provided by DJ Kara—back by popular demand.

Closing Reception

As Acumatica Summit 2025 winds down, the Closing Reception will give you another opportunity to engage with your newly discovered or firmly established friends and to visit with Acumatica ISVs about their Acumatica-friendly applications. Taking place near the Customer Experience Hub and the Acumatica Marketplace, the reception will feature a two-piece band, a live music performance by Nic Jackson, and delicious food and beverages.
