New Strategic Partnerships, AI Innovations and Product Vision Highlighted at Community Event
Las Vegas, NV. – January 27, 2025 — Acumatica CEO John Case opened the company’s annual Summit today by rallying developers, partners and customers to leverage the latest AI-enabled innovations to spur elevated business performance and long-term success.

Reflecting Acumatica’s dedication to evolving its partner ecosystem to better leverage new technologies and address changing customer needs, Case announced a strategic alliance with ADP, a global leader in payroll and human capital management solutions. The collaboration enables businesses to combine the power of Acumatica Cloud ERP with ADP’s industry-leading payroll, talent management and HR solutions to access an end-to-end solution that unifies core business processes, streamlines operations and enhances decision-making with real-time data.
Case also announced the expansion of Acumatica’s partnership with Shopify. Combining Shopify’s commerce capabilities with Acumatica’s comprehensive ERP platform allows merchants to seamlessly manage their entire business, from online storefront to backend operations, all in one ecosystem.
Strategic AI Enables Business Performance
Acumatica Chief Engineering Officer Miten Mehta joined Case onstage to dive deeper into how Acumatica enables customers to optimize performance through strategic technology investments. Mehta outlined the key technologies that enable business performance: data that is accurate, available, unified, secure and private; insights that help decision-makers forecast and plan; an open and extensible platform and intuitive user experience; workflow and automation to increase efficiency; and integration to streamline operations. Mehta emphasized that AI multiplies the effectiveness of all these performance enablers.
Through demos and presentations, the company shared its vision of delivering AI innovations in three key areas that will help organizations elevate performance:
- AI as an intelligent advisor that provides valuable insights, identifies issues and suggests actions, such as anomaly detection, which the company introduced in its latest product release.
- Automation in workflows like invoice categorization, where AI gets the job done with or without human intervention.
- Interactive assistance that helps users improve productivity through a human-like interface.
All three areas are instrumental in helping Acumatica deliver on its vision of developing an ERP system that can serve as a digital coworker for small and mid-sized businesses.
Cloud ERP Powers Real-World Growth and Impact
The Day 1 Keynote highlighted how customer needs shape product innovation, showcasing growing businesses leveraging future-ready technologies and data to make strategic decisions and achieve sustainable growth. One example is Acumatica’s Customer of the Year, Eastman Music Company. Founded in 1992, Eastman Music Company has grown from selling three violins to operating 14 companies worldwide that manufacture and distribute premium musical instruments. Using Acumatica Cloud ERP, the company has doubled revenues since 2019 while streamlining operations across its global manufacturing and distribution network.
“Enabling musicians to perform at their highest level is at the core of our business,” said Ralph Torres, vice president of operations at Eastman Music Company. “Acumatica helps us master the fundamentals of our operations, allowing us to deliver instruments with greater precision and reliability and ultimately support musicians’ performance worldwide.”
Case also reiterated Acumatica’s commitment to sustainability, a core pillar of the company’s AcumatiCares program, by naming Republic Services Impact Customer of the Year. Republic Services, a 42,000-employee waste management leader, has launched an ambitious initiative to transform plastics recycling with its new Polymer Center in Las Vegas. The company implemented Acumatica Cloud ERP in just two and a half months to manage this groundbreaking facility, which processes 80,000 tons of plastics annually.
“We needed a system that would help facilitate the acquisition and processing of materials, quality control and distribution,” said Joe Riconosciuto, director of materials marketing and recycling at Republic Services. “Acumatica’s ease of implementation, nimble nature and great user experience have been essential to managing the massive breadth and scale of recyclable plastics at our Polymer Center.”
Acumatica Summit 2026 Moves to Larger, State-of-the-Art Venue
Acumatica Summit 2025 gathered more than 3,500 customers, partners, employees, analysts and media for its fifth year in Las Vegas, marking a milestone as attendance has increased by 40% since the event’s first year in the city. Summit 2025 features over 100 breakout sessions, providing attendees valuable insights and hands-on learning opportunities.
Case concluded the Day 1 Keynote by announcing that Acumatica Summit 2026 will be held in Seattle, Wash. The move to the Seattle Convention Center’s Summit building addresses the continued growth of the Acumatica Community, which has outpaced the capacity of previous venues. The state-of-the-art Summit building offers 573,770 square feet of flexible event space, including a 58,000-square-foot ballroom, and expansive naturally lit spaces that will foster the collaborative, innovative environment that defines Acumatica Summit.
